They use fabrics from small handicrafts, selvage denim and cotton in natural indigo made in Japan Irish and Scottish wools Italian and English cottons and hemp. Their heritage collection is a product that interprets the working clothes from seamen, fishermen and sailing pioneers. The middle part, the biggest on the tote bag, is an unwashed selvedge denim fabric, this links of course to the twin brother’s denim journey, and the bottom is made out of vintage Navy Duffel bags from the 1960s, they represent the military path that the brothers would have chosen if it wasn’t for our shop back in the day. The leather handles refer to the history of their parents as leather was the starting point of their business story. The bag is made from different materials that relate to their story. is made as a limited-edition tote bag, a bag that represents their story.

This handmade bag is called ‘We Bag You‘, in order to give them an extra boost and keep their unique denim atelier in Chevremont, The Netherlands running. At the end of the production, the backpack had a weatherproof finish. The thread which is used is a strong polyester thread. The rivets on the backpack are made of solid copper and the hardware of solid brass. The straps and closing system are made of heavy 4,5 mm thick Italian bull leather, 100% vegetable tanned. They’re stitched by hand with the traditional saddle stitching technique. The backpacks are made from natural full grain 1.5 mm leather from Italy.
